Everything take something around 2h to do.

My tigh measurement now its close to 80cm,On stage last time i been 72-73cm the tights lose alot of size allways but the illusion on stage make the work!
Legs -the more deep and define on stage they look much more impresive!! So dont be afraid to lose couple cms during the prep!!

I won the semi pro class and very enjoy everything about this show!

Rest day...lets talk about Abs routine..
Everybody want abs..
But every body dont understand why the abs still didnt come out!!
Work on your abs will dont make them become visible.. u need to lose some BF % first!!
All the crunches in the world will dont help u to hit this goal.
Its a good diet and calorice defecit first!!
Work on your abs when u allready see them can improve the defenition and shape of them!!
Make them look even better!
So...
I train my abs on and off season..
Off season without addition weight but the same reps and sets..
Closer to the show i can add some addition resistance..
4ร—15 Simple lying ab crunches.
4ร—15 Lyibg leg raises.
U dont need to do inch more then that..
10 min and u are fine!!
The goal its not the build more mass on your abs its only maintain good hard deep abs..
Abdominal machhines?
If u have good one at your gym u can replace on of the free motion exersice to machine work its okey.

My spoter push me at the way down because my body its too strong to get that low with this weight.If i take weight that can bring me down my hamstring not that strong to come up..
