This is a throwback to when I wasn’t doing any cardio.... When I first started working out, I lifted light weights and did hours of cardio a week. I was in my prime with a slim bikini body... which I loved! A few years later I transitioned to cardio for 10 - 20 mins a week (if that) and only lifting weights. I noticed my body wasn’t responding nicely with that and gained a few more lbs then I was used to. Now, I’m back to cardio 4 times a week and only lifting 3 days and I feel so good! Let’s see how this goes 💪🏼 remember, everybody is different! Just because this works for me doesn’t mean it works for you!
