I began training #bjj because I thought it would be a fun way to get some cardio in. A year later, I realize jiu jitsu is much more than just a workout. There is something to be said for doing something that is hard, training is more than I think I can handle some days, but I come out stronger. Along this journey I have met great people that I call friends. 7X4 with #270. Fourth and fifth sets shown. My lower back was still tight from moving patients around at work (#nurselife) the day before, so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. Happy the sets moved as well as they did. @raulhi5 @primalpack

Yesterday's squats with #260 followed by RDL's, where I procrastinated for more of the video than actually lifting. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I took a week off from lifting and BJJ while we were in CA, so it was nice training without anything being being sore ๐Ÿ‘Œ @raulhi5 @primalpack

#330, #365 for singles and a 5X5 of #300. Really worked on spreading the floor from the start so my hips didn't come up first. @primalpack @raulhi5

160, 170, 180, 190 all for โœŒ๐Ÿผ. Second rep looked better on all except the 190, which felt like forever to lockout. @raulhi5 @primalpack
