*NEW PB* Friday delivering the goods with a smooth moving 67.5kg today πŸ€— previous PB was 65. Next is 70kg πŸ˜‰ off season treating me well, getting stronger, increasing muscle and feeling gooooood. Ladies, being strong does not correlate with being bulky. It correlates with increasing muscle mass which ends in looking β€œtoned” as some of you would put it πŸ‘™trying to up my game because the baby sister @_laurenconwayyy_ is catching up to me fast πŸ™ˆπŸ™Š ! PS sorry @dan_teamecto was curious to try πŸ™ˆ

So I have been doing the nutrition for @rayzerblades for the last month and I can honestly say it’s been fun as hell!!!

First off his goal is to look like Dorian Yates from night of champions which already got me pumped to work with him to achieve the level of condition needed to get this look.
________
We have been ensuring to keep his nutrition in check for him to perform as well in his CrossFit events and turns out losing 4kg can actually make you perform better.
Who would have thunk it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Still smashing 380g of carbs a day and tightening his body composition up. It’s only a matter of time till we reach the condition he is after.
May need some more food though to get there 😜πŸ’ͺ🏼

8 weeks to go.
5.8% body fat down
3.6kg of fat mass down
900g lean mass increase
No excessive dieting or training.
Just smart coaching and a lot of adherence.
Can’t wait to see you hit the stage Special K!!! 🍟🍟

Friendly reminder to take progress photos! Left photo is the first photo I sent @dan_teamecto and right is today before my high carb day. There’s around 5kgs difference between these photos but I honestly didn’t think there was going to be much of a difference till I put them together, pleasantly surprised πŸ€— please excuse my bung morning head πŸ˜‚ @team_ecto

Motivation at an all time high everything falling into place and working according to plan
Slight drop in calories for a week and it has worked a treat with an overall tighter condition whilst still being full.
Had a posing session with @majorfit__ to help me with some transitioning and it’s worked a treat. Very confident coming into this show.
Will be chipping away in the background as usual but until D-day this is it.

So as you guys know I keep going on about all the trainers who are unqualified to write nutrition plans yet still continue to do this after destroying their metabolisms and leaving them worse then what they were when they started

Especially with so much misinformation out there regarding what is right or wrong. It was really awesome to shed some light on how to approach this for success

Managing to drop 3.8% body fat and gain 800g of muscle mass. All whilst losing a total 1.6kg

Great work for only training four times a week and eating over 2000cals a week.

He is an absolute pleasure to coach and takes everything you tell him perfectly. Even when I told him to get him a ketometer for his ketogenic phase of his nutrition.

Over 3 months post show for @padfieldzoe after her wins she is still maintaining a solid conditioning.

Calories are sitting at a comfortable place and shall be increasing upon her return from her holiday

She is only training 4 times a week with no cardio just good old fashioned lifting so when we compete again we have plenty of room to play with to get her a better package again!!

When we started working together we had to work on his stress and sleep management due to his crazy work schedule.

With an increase in calories and strength we have got a great body recomposition result as well.
