🍑Straight outta bed workout😴🍑
Some days you can spend 2h in the gym, other days you only have a few spare minutes like me today cuz life happens (been housewifing all day helping my mom 😅) 🤙🏽 But you can still get a mini workout in you know just to wake up your booty 🍑😏(anyone else likes feeling their glutes during the day? Like when it hurts a little so you think they worked well 😂)
⏰Set your alarm clock only 10 MINUTES earlier to complete this one (or 20 minutes if you want to do it twice)
⏱1 min/leg each exercise
1️⃣ Single leg hip thrusts
2️⃣ Plank with kickback and hip abduction
3️⃣ Single leg elevated glute bridge
4️⃣ Bulgarian split squats
5️⃣ Step ups OR step ups with kickback
P.S.: Technically it's a sofa not my bed cuz my dog was sleeping on it and when I started doing the exercises she gave me a "wtf do you think you're doing" look that convinced me to leave her alone and let her sleep in lolz 😂🙈

We tend to wake up very stiff in the morning. (I know I do!). Before rushing into your busy day and checking your to-do list, give your body a nice stretch - 5 minutes only. Get the most out of your exercises by using the right equipment! Here’s some tips for you. 👇☺️
♦️ Squats in the cable machine. The weight is pulling you forward here, yet your legs/bum works up and down. To get the most out of this move try get the weight to pull you straight down instead of forward, just as your body moves - for example - these dumbbell squats. Note! I’m not saying the first movement is wrong, but it can be better!
♦️ Rotator cuff. I’ve seen a lot of people warming up their rotator cuffs by holding a dumbbell in their hand while working in and out from the body. The weight from the dumbbell pulls your hand down but you’re working sideways, so the placement here is not beneficial for anything except maybe your bicep 😉. By laying on a bench you’ll work in the same direction as the weight pulls which means the resistance and the weight of the dumbbell targets your rotator cuff.
♦️ Triceps push back. By performing this exercise with a dumbbell the weight on your triceps will vary depending on what angle your arm is in. For example when your forearm is straight you have no weight at all on your triceps. By using the cable machine you’ll get even amount of weight through out the whole movement as the cable pulls your arm forward.
