Cozied up with a classic recipe by @ohsheglows. This golden red lentil dhal is what I crave whenever it starts getting cold out. You can find the recipe online, but it basically consists of cooking red lentils with curry powder, turmeric, ginger, carrots, onion, chicken broth and coconut milk. At the end you throw in heaps (and heaps!) of spinach and you end up with belly warming goodness. 🧡
I threw in an egg cup smothered in cheese for some added protein 💪🏻
