I think many people will agree that embarking on a “fitness journey” reaps benefits that far surpass just the physical. Both photos are beautiful! But looking back I am very proud of this transformation. It’s more than a physical one— it’s a life transformation. It’s being happy in my own skin, it’s becoming confident in the person I am, what I do and everything I believe in. It’s knowing what I want to accomplish in life and believing that I have the power to do so. Stronger physically, mentally and spiritually. For those who hear the words “manifest” and “law of attraction” and roll their eyes, this one’s for YOU. I can tell you I’m complete HONESTY that every single thing I’ve accomplished, especially in my career, started with 2 things.

First— verbalizing my goal. Speaking like it has already happened. Taking the mentality and attitude that I KNOW for absolute FACT the goal is going to become a reality, WILL be reality, IS reality.

Second— writing it down. Telling it to people. Thinking about it day in and day out. When you put that type of energy out, you’re subtly attracting the specific opportunities, people, and ultimately power to accomplish that goal.

So don’t dream small, don’t think things are impossible. If you want something, go for it. Take a step. Action speaks MUCH louder than distant daydreams. 👏🏼💫

Little HIIT circuit for you to try! 💪🏼💦 (swipe) — Do each exercise without rest until all three are done, then rest for 1 min and repeat 2x (total of 3 rounds)! 👇🏼

▪️ kettle bell swings (this variation targets the glutes/hammies) — 30 seconds
▪️ lunge pulses — 30 seconds each leg
