#TipTuesday ☺️ Staying motivated is the key to success. We all have good & bad days. We have days when we wake up & feel super motivated to crush the day ahead. But we also have days when we lack motivation & don't feel like doing much.
I often get asked how I stay motivated all the time? For me, it's all about building discipline & habits that will keep you on track! 🔑 So, here are my top tips on how to stay on track with your goals!:
1️⃣ Set Goals: Grab a planner & write down your goals (small & big ones). Be detailed & realistic.
2️⃣ Plan & Execute: Once you have your goals identified, execution is key! In the same planner you wrote your goals, write down your plan & the action steps you will take in order to achieve them.
3️⃣ Set Deadlines: After putting together your plan & action items, take a moment to figure out the right time limit to complete each step & then schedule it in your planner. This will prevent you from procrastinating & missing deadlines.
4️⃣ Visualize: This is so important! Every day visualize how you will feel once you achieve your goal. Really visualize yourself feeling accomplished & proud. Take that moment & remember it. Use it as fuel to push you to keep moving forward. As soon as you feel unmotivated, take a moment to meditate on this thought.
