Instead of taking a rest between sets, utilize that time & add in another exercise targeting an opposing muscle group. Not only will you cut training time in half, but will bump up the intensity of your workout & build muscle faster! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Give this workout a go! Aim for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps per exercise. Superset 1️⃣ Squats -> Good Mornings -> Squat Step-Out. Superset 2️⃣ Deadlifts -> Split Squats -> Jump Squats. πŸ˜…

The last couple months her old knee issue has been flaring up. Depending on how her knee feels, if training lower body, there are a lot of exercises we can't do, like squats & lunges. This is when the right programming & working within a client's abilities becomes key. πŸ”‘

Here's a quick video of @_dariax killing yesterday's booty sesh! πŸ”₯ We focused on exercises that didn't put pressure on the knee joint & utalized the hips more. We trained using @bforcebands as bands can help improve flexibility, joint range of motion, & strengthen connective tissue.πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

This made me think. Today, we live in such a fast-paced society & it often feels like we are simply chasing time. Yet, we are so accustomed to this pace that we often don't even realize how precious time is!

Nature, on the other hand, knows too well the passage of time, so it comes without surprise that I was reminded of it's importance while in nature.

Moral of the story?... I think we all need to try a little harder to slow down every once in a while & JUST BE!... Be in the moment, aware of ourselves, our surroundings, & our presence in the grander scheme of things! β˜ΊοΈβ˜˜οΈπŸ’š

I typically train legs 3-4x per week. I do squat heavy but I also focus a lot on lighter isolated glute exercises like the ones shown in the video. I'm always changing up my workouts & challenging myself with new exercises to hit my glutes from all angles! Aim for 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps per exercise/side. πŸ’ͺ🏼
