When shit gets all too overwhelming.... Frankincense.
Yes, I meditate daily and I practice mindfulness but I still need tools to help me in the moment when I begin to feel myself slipping into overwhelm. Also known as the "king of oils" Frankincense is the one I grab and simply inhale to bring me back to self, give me a sense of calm and balance. I love to use it for meditation too as it's a beautiful intuitive oil, supporting the opening of the third eye 🙏🏻✨
