GRAVITY IS OVERRATED Been a long journey between photos. Highs, lows, disappointments, triumphs but most importantly was lessons learned and relationships strengthened. Happy to be back and charging forward with new direction.
Sometimes it is good to be OTG. I feel sorry for younger generations who don't get to experience and appreciate the land they live on. We stomped down more than 150m over 6km with 30kg+ packs with a mission to cook what we catch and we did. Camped the night and did some exploring while we were there. Also highly recommend the book in the first photo. Willie Apiata, NZ's first Victoria Cross recipient since WWII. For anyone who knows my aspirations, this is only the beginning of a long and rewarding journey towards a dream only achievable by sickening dicipline and persistence. Get after it and do not stop for anything.
TRANSFORMATION NEWS FLASH!! This is proof that eating 7 times a day makes you fat and that over exerting yourself and pushing your body to new limits and intensities is bad for your health. Oh... wait. . I've been busting my ass for around 7 months now but I've enjoyed the journey otherwise I wouldn't be doin it right? I've been playing with my diet and training regime confidently the past month. So far so good. Don't underestimate the power from knowing your own body. What it needs and what helps. Don't give me excuses because DILLIGAF?
