Man oh man, sometimes I wish it were as simple as being able to be a lazy bum. In reality though, it feels SO MUCH BETTER when you work for those goals. It’s not all about a quick fix, wrap, etc. Its about consistency and putting in the time each and every day to work towards your goals.
I may not have a six pack and but I believe in eating a donut from time to time. I may have missed a workout or two throughout these last 77 days, but I’m SO much stronger than when I started. I feel lean, I feel good, and most certainly not deprived. If you are also looking for balance of having a social life, working full time, AND seeing those results you’ve always wanted, I’m here.
