To be honest, I was talking myself out of tonight’s workout on the way home from work. I felt like being lazy on the couch thinking I could just make up today’s workout on Sunday. But, I have no reason not to workout tonight. I’m healthy, have plenty of time, and was just going to spend it watching greys. REAL LIFE.

I’m stronger than my excuses and knew I could crank it out quickly so I got home and threw on my workout clothes. Before I knew it, I’m now done. It was great to see the progress I’ve made with this cardio workout other the last 3 times doing it too. Hello more endurance strength! [5/21]

You know the best part of this new workout program?! Being done within 25 minutes. YES PLEASE. It feels so good to crush a strength endurance workout and then be able to move onto the next task of the evening.

PS- I never would have worn my shirt like this in the beginning of 2018. So here’s to crushing goals and feeling good 💃🏻

If I’m being honest, the old me would have completed a program(barely) and then took a week off to “reward” myself. What?! Like no. 🙅🏻‍♀️ This is all about a lifestyle change and working towards the goals you have. I can’t just give up now and quit to backtrack all the progress I’ve made.
.
So today we took it to the shop. The program slowly ramps up throughout the next three weeks starting with quick but effective 25 minute workouts. YES PLEASE.
.
But as I was working out tonight, something came to mind that I’d like to address. I’m so sick of the quote “if you look cute at the end of your workout, you didn’t work hard enough.” Quite frankly that’s just stupid. Some people may have their hair on top of their head because they have to put it up 5000 times throughout the workout 🙋🏻‍♀️(hello hats for cardio days). Or maybe they just don’t sweat as much as others. People shouldn’t be “judged” just by a physical appearance after the workout. Thanks!

Finishing my last 80 day program is a pretty incredible feeling. When I first started, it intimidated the heck out of me. I was so used to shorter workouts(when I was working out) that workouts ranging from 45-60 minutes didn’t seem like a walk in the park. Of course some were shorter, but not all.
.
I’m proud of myself though. I made it to the END!! Missed a few workouts, took others to the gym for heavier weights, but still FINISHED.
.
Although the 80 workouts are done, this is only just the beginning. Today marks my next journey and I’m pumped. It’s a strength/agility program that takes me back to my sports days. I’d still be following the same timed nutrition aspect of eating but cutting out grains/dairy where possible.
.
Here we go!

IM LOOKING FOR MY NEXT GROUP OF WOMAN!

Man oh man, sometimes I wish it were as simple as being able to be a lazy bum. In reality though, it feels SO MUCH BETTER when you work for those goals. It’s not all about a quick fix, wrap, etc. Its about consistency and putting in the time each and every day to work towards your goals.
.
I may not have a six pack and but I believe in eating a donut from time to time. I may have missed a workout or two throughout these last 77 days, but I’m SO much stronger than when I started. I feel lean, I feel good, and most certainly not deprived. If you are also looking for balance of having a social life, working full time, AND seeing those results you’ve always wanted, I’m here.
.
Change takes time and I’m so happy to be working for the goals I want. If you too are ready to make a change and turn your Netflix hour into putting yourself first, I’m here to help. The accountability throughout this process is what’s been keeping me going past the typically week 2-3. Just being honest 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Today all my fellow teammates are heading to Rivera Maya for our annual reward trip. It breaks my heart to not be there with them this year to be soaking in the sun and relaxation. Here’s to the last time I was there, 3 years ago.

I’m so glad to be apart of a company that rewards hard work with amazing trips to see new places and I can’t wait to be back there next year on a cruise. It’s amazing to me that I’ve met some of the best people through social media, and i wouldn’t have it any other way.
.
