One week from today we kick off our second annual FREE WEEK! That’s right, a whole week of #CrossFit for FREE! At CrossFit West Richland we strive to help people feel their best; not only physically but mentally. We have a great community within our gym & we want to share that with YOU for FREE! Free Week will run Monday October 22 - Friday October 26, you can come in once twice, even five times! Free Week is designed to show those who have yet to discover the challenging yet fun sport of CrossFit & that it really is for everyone. At the end of Free Week we will have a drawing for 50% off your first months membership dues! Each time you come in during Free Week you will get entered into the drawing. We look forward to meeting you & sharing our passion for helping others!
