This workout is a very special WOD to our Skyfall family and friends. It was programmed 2 years ago when we had our first JDRF fundraiser. This WOD is in honor of our very own Presley Kramer who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes just one month before her 2nd birthday. The rep scheme represents her birthday of 4/7/2014. —————

Burpees: RX 2 foot Jump to plate. Scaled can step up on plate. Both feet must end up on top of plate at same time.
Wallballs: RX 20/14, 10ft/9ft Scaled 14/10, 10ft/9ft. Hip crease below parallel in squat. Scoring : Score 1 - max reps in AMRAP, Score 2 - Max cals on Ski Erg
