This Memorial Day, Monday the 29th, at CrossFit Iron Mile we are inviting you to join us at our flagship location for a FREE workout; Murph, in a way that you probably haven't seen before. Simpy show up for one of our two designated workout times 10 AM or 2 PM.
In addition to the traditional approaches to MURPH you will have the option to do;
20 ROUNDS- 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats, 160m Run.
