Coach Woody demos the lift. •• Every WOD, every time: our Coaches demo and confirm the exercises before the workout with all members, and then continue to give instruction, cues and correctives to ensure safe, efficient movement. •• We know our members well enough to have alternative exercises for those who can’t safely perform a movement based on their skill level and level of fitness. •• Please 👀 and 👂🏽Maybe you’ve heard instructions for a deadlift 100 times. But it could be somewhat new for the person next to you. Besides you may just learn something new and it could be what gets you to your next PR!.

Our Fundamentals classes are Mon-Fri at 6:00 PM. •• Led by a CrossFit coach, you’ll learn the foundational movements of CrossFit, and other movements commonly used during WODs (workout of the day). Your progress is monitored, and each new movement you learn is checked off. Once you’ve checked off all required movements, you can join our regular CrossFit group classes. •• The Fundamentals classes prepare you to enter the CrossFit classes knowing that you can carry out the movement safely and efficiently. •• And as always, CrossFit is universally scalable, meaning you can start wherever you are. Our job as CrossFit coaches is to teach you how to fit the program to your specific needs..
