Inspired by everyone's efforts yesterday on retesting the snatch, it was great to hit a very unexpected pb at 230 plus a close miss at 240. It's amazing what 9 weeks of technique work can do. Still plenty of stuff to dial in, but heading in the right direction. Progress is progress. .
