Its hard work maintaining the physique on right between running a business, raising a toddler and spending every other hour helping others achieve their goals all year round.
I certainly have no issues with my current body composition. I'm healthy, it moves well, it still PB's and its relatively easy to maintain whilst enjoying the 'sweeter' things life has to offer 🍦🍩🤤 But I do have athletic or competitive goals in mind which will only be achieved on a more strict eating and exercise plan.

So here we go, day 1.

Happy Saturday #teamcfb !! Awesome job everyone on the 10km team row this morning. Usually when this kind of element is programmed we expect a quiet day, but it was fantastic to see the energy in the gym this morning as you all worked on your rowing. Really awesome to see the improvements made today.

Special shout out to those that attended our rope climb workshop this morning and used the opportunity to refine this skill and truly understand what it means to master this movement. Awesome work by Sally.R whom I'm pretty sure nailed her first rope climb with a perfect 👌 S-Wrap technique #nailedit
Enjoy the weekend everyone as we head into our final week of our current training cycle which will conclude next Saturday with a WOD that's incorporates many rope climbs 😀
