So diet and exercise are pretty dope.
Admittedly, I'm not nearly as active as I maybe should be. And I certainly sneak an oreo or three every now and then.. but the thing about "dieting" is that it shouldn't exist. It's a lifestyle choice. You can choose to eat like a garbage human all the time, or you can choose to give your body what it needs by way of feeding it the nutrients and vitamins found in better, fresher, less preservative-packed foods.
Be nice to your body.
And be patient with yourself if you're trying to sculpt your body.
E S P E C I A L L Y if you're a parent.
Your kids watch you more than you know.
Eat terribly and so will they. Hate your body, they'll learn to shame their own.
