I love going to the gym for the physical benefits (I won't lie to you! 😜) but I truly love it for the many other effects. I've had my fair share of anxiety (as many of us do), and it is one of the BEST ways to alleviate it. Not only does it help in that sense- it also reduces stress (something nearly all high schoolers, college attendees, and working adults deal with), increases brain performance, increases energy.... the benefits are endless πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Ok, guys.... brb, it's gym time 😏-

Yes, it's sped up- no, we don't train in super-rabbit speed! πŸ‡- TWO VARIATIONS WITH KETTLE BELLS: πŸ‘The obviously VERY attractive sumo squats πŸ˜‚
- place feet wider than shoulder width - squat as low as you can while keeping your chest up
- squeeze at the top (I strongly suggest doing this with your booty facing FAR AWAY from people πŸ˜‚) πŸ‘Kettle bell deadlifts - place feet about shoulder width - bend at the waist and bring the bell just below your knees and slightly back so that it is in between them
- slight squeeze at the top

I usually do something like this when it's crowded in the gym and turn it into a fast-paced circuit (but not this fast! lol), since it's a bit less weight that usual. Let me know what you think! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
