Got out for a great run tonight and had to keep going because Zoey fell asleep. 😴So, I enjoyed the falling leaves, sunset views, and her cute little face! 😍

Roll out your mat tomorrow morning and give yourself some "me" time.

Thursday thought:

Today was a good day! I got 8 hours of [broken] sleep 😴, saw a friend πŸ‘­, ate pizza πŸ•, and had a good workout - PiYo Buns & a runπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ! I've been addicted to this side dish lately too - green beans, carrots, and zucchini roasted with olive oil - yum! Super easy to make!

This is how we feel after doing PiYo Core... holy smokes that was hard!! Finishing up just in time for This Is Us. I've got the Kleenex box on cue.

It's amazing how a quick 22 minute workout can leave you with sweat dripping down your chin 😜 PiYo Strength Intervals was up tonight, along with a nice walk outside to enjoy the sunset (swipe) and my favorite vanilla berry smoothie. Not bad for a Monday!
