Lately, bulgarian split squats have been my favorite leg exercise. There are so many variations of this movement: dumbbells in hands, dumbbell in goblet position, barbell in front squat position, etc. They’re amazing for overall leg development.
It has been raining every day for about the past two weeks, so we took full advantage of the beautiful day we had on Sunday and headed outside for a nice recovery workout featuring body weight movements and bands.

Yesterday we finally got to train together for the first time in months. 💪🏼 Our schedules are so busy and different that we can never seem to make it to the gym at the same time. The plus side of not training together every day is that seeing each other’s progress seems all the more drastic. I mean look at that back 😍
