We are so excited to bring this progressive 16 course dinning experience to San Diego in our private dinning room in the heart of Barrio Logan May 20th. The menu will be composed of 8 plated courses and 8 small speed courses with 8 wine pairings plus an arrival sparkling. The menu will have items such as fresh pasta, pork belly, kurobuta pork chop, dry aged angus beef, Japanese Wagyu, sous vide fried chicken, locally sourced seafood from Catalina offshore, Lamb shank, produce from our beyond organic farm Wild Willow Farm, hand foraged ingredients from south San Diego and so much more.
