Remember to make your cardio fun guys, make it varied and make it something you just simply love doing! It's the only way that you'll make it something you do consistently. I love sport, so for me it's quite easy, but I know for some the challenge is a bit more difficult. There's so many things we can do to simply stay active, and manipulate into a weight loss circuit. Activities like boxing, track work, swimming, crossfit, callisthenics, mma, cycling, outdoor running and simple circuits in a park can all be manipulated for different goals. -
This is what we do when working together, we take the things you love, and manipulate to reach your goals.

▫️F L A S H - C L I P▫️...Well, some over-speed Eccentrics 😆 - Here's an awesome drill to add to your warm ups, or to your main routine on power or power endurance days.

Training with bands puts you in an environment of hyper-gravity. Bands will actually force you and your training tool to the ground quicker than gravity alone. This feature alone can have dramatic effects on your ability to absorb force and redirect it. Louie Simmons has a saying " Faster Down, Faster up," and refers to this style of training as The Reactive Method. By using The Reactive Method you teach your body to absorb eccentric force quickly, which stores elastic energy and promotes a much quicker and more powerful concentric contraction, which in turn allows you to explode through or to out maneuver your opponents.

Force Reduction, Force Production:
Your sports performance is greatly dependent on your ability to reduce force, stabilize it and quickly redirect it. Kettlebells alone do a great job of training this aspect of performance, but by combining kettlebells with bands the training effect becomes much more profound. Each kettlebell drill that I'll cover will start in an athletic stance and will greatly stress the posterior chain, the muscles most responsible for speed and agility in most sports. You should be able to notice the quick eccentric contraction and quickly try to change from the negative portion of the drill into the concentric portion of the drill. It may take some practice but the benefits are outstanding and will lead into superior sports performance and injury prevention.

Try 3 x sets of 20 in your initial warm up. Choosing an appropriate band to feel tension but not over exertion in the first 10-12 reps

As the name implies, the 100 rep set is just that. Sound ridiculous? Perhaps to some, but to others, this may just be the mental and physical challenge your mind and muscles need to shock you into massive gains!
-
After two to three warm up sets, select a weight that you can perform 100 reps with. Be sure that this is not a weight that is too light but also one that will not cause failure long before your target number of reps. If failure occurs prematurely, then take a minimal amount of rest and continue along until 100 reps have been completed. Rest a maximum of 3 times for the duration of the set. One hundred rep sets are great to totally annihilate a muscle group. It should be noted that these sets are extreme and can be very taxing. Take this into consideration when selecting the exercise. Only do this for one body part per workout and allow ample recovery (at least 48 hours before training the same body part again).
