Crossfit is the only sport out there that requires ALL fitness components to be developed to an extremely high level, and after seeing this years @crossfitgames Event 2 things couldn't look better! Just need to work on much more gymnastic components & turn this engine back around after it's taken some slack lately focusing on growth.

Guys, if your serious about results then nutrition is KEY, it makes up around 80% of your goal. Personally, & especially lately I've really noticed how performance can suck after a few days of letting macros slip, and topping back up by making extra effort to eat at set times SERIOUSLY makes a huge difference. -

Try not to get sucked in to that hype, and remember to cover all your bases. HIIT training should be a priority for those trying to cut bodyfat, but don't forget, cleverly increasing your aerobic capacity can also help your anaerobic training. I try and put long distance aerobic cv (around 50 lengths) in my plan 2-3 times per week, alternating days with 20-min HIIT on the bike or rower. -
