Alternating dumbbell wrist curls- Contract one side, hold it while the other lowers, contract the opposite, hold it, repeat! Pretty badass way to really pump up the forearms! Simple things like this allow you to really squeeze and incorporate as many muscle fibers as possible! Really helps you get the most out of each rep
Also using @coreprodigy fit grips to make a difficult forearm exercise even harder!!
