Growing up, Sunday baking was a thing in our home. My mom would bake a choc cake for Sunday tea time and we would set the table with a fancy tablecloth, teacups and everything ☺️ Today I got the urge to bake something, and Ta daaaah!!! Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cake ❤️ 200g hazelnut lightly toasted and then blitzed into a course flour
200g @naturasugars golden caster sugar beaten with 6 egg yolks until light and creamy
6 egg whites beat until stiff (hold the bowl over head stiff)
200g chocolate (I used 100g 65% choc hazelnut bar from @cocoafair and 100g milk chocolate bar
Melt the chocolate with 200g butter
1 tsp good instant coffee mixed with 2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add the melted choc/butter mix to your butter/sugar mix. Add in the vanilla and coffee. Add in the hazelnuts. Gently stir. Fold in your egg whites bit by bit so that you don’t knock out the air.

Bake in a preheated oven - 200deg for 10min, then down to 180deg for 25 - 30min
Bake in a 20cm springform pan lined with parchment
For the frosting I used my homemade Nutella. Warmed it up a bit and thinned it down with some milk!! Ta Daaaaaahhhhhh!!! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 #glutenfree

Added fresh egg noodles (in the fridge of your Chinese grocer) to some leftover Tom Yum Broth from today’s workshop. Added in chopped pak choi for greens. Then I flaked in some medium grilled salmon for protein ❤️❤️❤️ #asian

Toasted Sourdough topped with Labneh, Wilted Spinach, Egg and Dukkah ❤️ #breakfast

Too lazy to roll my labneh into balls so it just went into little jars (recipe on my highlight reel)

- Avocado Oil with Dukkah (will measure qty’s and post the recipe soon)
Jars can be purchased from @checkers_sa - it comes in a set of 3 with lids. So really handy for sauces, pestos and marinades 👍🏽 #labneh
