A compilations of #workouts that I've completed over the past month looks pretty bad, haha. Now that I know that I passed all of finals/classes and can enjoy the summer, I'm pushing it until I go to LA for a vacation. ✌🏼️

Went out bowling and then had some lunch with my friends this past weekend. The pizza place we ate at ended up not filling us up, so froyo it was. 😋

Workouts from a few weeks ago 😱 I'm back at it this week since this break has made my breathing shallow, and I've been feeling more tired than ever. Being healthy/fit is definitely a lifestyle.

2/1-2/7 #workouts : So the week before this, I got too into a video game and spent a lot of time playing. Felt good to be back after a week of doing nothing, and it feels good to have some consistency in my routine. Hope you all had a wonderful start to the week!

#Workouts for the week of 1/17-1/24: Felt extremely sore by the end of the school week and planned to come back on Sunday, but my brain was fried after the first week back at university. 😅 Going to crush my workouts this week though. Hope you all have a great day. ❤️

#Workouts for the week of 1/11-1/17: An entire week of workouts? YES! I felt really good this past week, and I'm happy that I had the energy and motivation to push it all seven days. Hope you all keep working at your goals. ❤️

#Workouts for the week of 1/4-1/10: Really making it my goal to get fit again this year since I slacked off a lot last year. Felt pretty good that first week back, but of course, there's always room for improvement! 💪🏼

We've all heard that we'll receive back how much we give. That couldn't be anything other than true, since having a positive outlook in life only means that you'll be attracting the right people into your corner.
