This week has been go go go so I was more than content when my hubby said let's just cook on the grill tonight!
Nothing like a homemade burger && some grilled peaches!

12f/21c/26p for one 3oz 97/3 beef patty, 1 slice on muenster cheese (the BEST cheese out there- who agrees?! ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผ), 130g peaches, and the veggies!

Early morning vacation workout!
Got some dumbbells from home, add some bands, take my Anabolic Bridge, and I'm ready to get a quick pump in!
On vacation I want to utilize the time I have, so I don't have a proper pre-workout meal. Training fasted is not ideal, so what I do to ensure I'm training in an optimal state is take 1 serving of 1st Phorm's product, Anabolic Bridge. When consumed in a state where food is not available, this product will
1) Deliver Essential Amino Acids, needed to...
2) Stimulates Muscle Protein Synthesis (increase the body's ability to grow lean muscle tissue)

The last thing I would want to do is put in the work and not grow in correspondence to my hard work. I've been taking this product 20 minutes prior to my fasted training (yes that means my 5am workouts before work too!) to assure that my body is working in an optimal state and that no gains are lost in the process ๐Ÿ˜›๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป And lastly, this product is NOT just for fasted training. This product can be taken anytime you're without food/protein for a prolonged period of time, so again, help keep your body in an anabolic state.

Vacation noms! I've actually never tried Ahi Tuna, but when I saw the waitress deliver the dish to the table beside us I knew exactly what I wanted! I told myself I'd be mindful throughout the day while on vacation, but have whatever I was craving for dinner. And yes I was craving a cool crisp flavorful salad! I eat some pretty delicious food on a daily basis, so I don't need a vacation as an excuse to binge on everything I've missed or "couldn't have." I've said it over & over again lately, but I'm so proud of how far I've come mentally

Headed to beach today and have plentyyyy of easy protein packed snacks to keep me on track (turkey jerky, tuna packs, individual nut & nut butter packs, etc.) but ya girl has to satisfy her sweet tooth so she doesn't stop for ice cream every pee break ๐Ÿ˜› here I've got M&M Ice Cream Sandwich && White Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Cookie Batter Protein cookies!

Recipe from @kimhoeltje !!
-1 scoop Level-1 Ice Cream Sandwich protein (or Cinnamon Cookie)
-130g (drained & rinsed) canned Garbanzo beans
-60g cup canned pumpkin
-46g egg whites
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp milk (any)
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-3 stevia packs (or sweetener of choice)
-40g m&ms or white chocolate chips, (or any candy really! ๐Ÿค—) 1. Drain & rinse beans
2. Puree beans, pumpkin, egg whites, milk, and vanilla.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients
4. Drop batter onto cookie sheet into 8-10 cookies
5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes

Sent a mid-offseason check-in to coach this morning. Decided to do an average weight over 3 days, which is something I've actually never done before. I was pretty surprised by differences! Yes there are a million factors that influence weight
-salt intake
-water intake
-how late you ate your last meal the night before -how much/how well you slept
-stress
-digestion (yes meaning did you poop that morning before weighing in)
-the list goes on...
But it's a whole new realization when you experiment for yourself! Funny thing is, I was 100% at ease with my weight on the first weigh in day, which ended up being the highest by a lot ๐Ÿ˜‚
Feeling like I'm at a really good place physically, mentally, and emotionally this "off season." I've stuck to my reverse anytime I could, but thoroughly enjoyed my vacations, weddings, weekend getaways, and well life! To some it doesn't seem like this should be a stressor, but it is a great feeling to know I've truly found some balance incorporating life & fitness together. ๐Ÿค—

I have never ordered from a meal prep service, but I was fortunate enough to win a giveaway from @cleaneats2day ! I purchased just yesterday, just in time for my 3day work streak coming up (all 12hr shifts) so I couldn't be more grateful! Meal prepping for 3 12s definitely sucks butt when you're trying to measure out everything ๐Ÿ˜… I love love love that they include the macros per dish too. So convenient! Everything looks delicious, but I'll keep you guys posted as I go through them! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Not strong for a girl. Just strong.
I love lifting heavy. I love the stares in the gym when I opt for the heavy weights. I love when someone underestimates me and I prove them wrong. Enjoying this reverse diet, the energy I have in the gym, and the STRENGTH I have! I have fallen guilty of caring about aesthetics over anything else, but I must have forgotten how good it feels to LIFT. This is how I felt when I first fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding. I'm so glad I found it again. ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿค— #NotStrongForAGirl #JustStrong
