Early morning vacation workout!
Got some dumbbells from home, add some bands, take my Anabolic Bridge, and I'm ready to get a quick pump in!
On vacation I want to utilize the time I have, so I don't have a proper pre-workout meal. Training fasted is not ideal, so what I do to ensure I'm training in an optimal state is take 1 serving of 1st Phorm's product, Anabolic Bridge.
