QUESTION: Have you ever strived for a goal for a long period of time and then once you accomplished your goal you realized that you didn't even want it?
From age 15-23, I always wanted to be big, huge, swole, diesel, a beef castle, a pump donkey, swolebroham Lincoln, Jacked Johnson...you get the point. My goal was always to be muscular.
Now...not so much. Carry around 225-230lbs on my 6'2 frame isn't optimal for my current goals: Jumping, running, and just being the best athlete that I can be. Even though I rarely lift anymore and when I do it's typically just legs, my muscle seems to be sticking around.
This is a current picture of what my physique is looking like so, I figured I would give you guys an update. 👍
