| FOOD PREP | If you hate the idea of spending hours on a Sunday making loads of meals for the week, but KNOW it’s the best way to keep your meals as nutritious as they can be then try it this way. I don’t MEAL prep, I FOOD prep. I cook a load of seperate things that keep in the fridge, then throw a selection into a Tupperware each morning or evening! It’s like a healthy buffet lunch each day. .
Here’s how 💭
➖Make more when cooking your evening meal, more meat, more veg or pasta and throw it in the fridge.
➖If the oven is on anyway, fill it! Pop a tray of quickly chopped veg or potatoes in for another day.
➖Boiling the kettle for a brew? Fill it up and use the rest to boil a pan of eggs, pasta or vegetables etc.
My lunch today is leftover pesto pasta from last night, quorn sausages that I threw in the oven on Monday, roasted chickpeas done on Monday and roasted veg that I did in the air fryer last minute to add! None of it took any time out of my day but I’ve got a great lunch that saves me buying anything rubbish at lunch time!
