Excited to announce that I will be an instructor at the wonderful @glowingbody yoga studio starting this week! I teach a class “yoga for athletes” every Wednesday at 10 AM, everyone is welcome member or not and the class is donation based. I’d love to see everyone there! Please help me build a solid class foundation and welcome your friends! Thanks @loomsnacho for the opportunity to teach at the best studio in Knoxville🙏 Looking forward to expanding my practice and helping others.

Change of plan, this cutie will henceforth be dubbed Hardy! Hope everyone likes that name too! Hardy has a sentimental meaning from my childhood, my family would pack the “war wagon” i.e. truck with all our lake gear and our beautiful golden retriever and we would drive over to Hardy, Arkansas. Most of my best memories and experiences are from that town and I know that this pup deserves a name with such a deep meaning!

Meet the newest member of my wolf pack Hardy. He is my new best friend, we will be together nonstop so you will all get to meet his sweet butt very soon!

Today was the first day of organized yoga at the skatepark! I started school to help skaters get back from serious injuries and today I had an epiphany, two awesome calls to start my day from @thehyphypenguin and @chaymysterio gave me this feeling that maybe this is my way to help skaters!!! Thanks for the calls and support fellas! I could help prevent injuries and also help them get back from injuries with yoga and self healing. Most skaters are working class good people who sadly can't afford healthcare, or have to make the decision between insurance and having money to survive. This idea makes personal healthcare a reachable commodity that I can provide and that everyone deserves! I want to help all you skaters take care of your bodies so you can keep riding! Let's keep this momentum up! Love all you guys, thanks for the support! See everyone Sunday at 10:30 at Tyson, bring a mat or towel to do yoga!

Not to go on a sappy spiel but today was one of the coolest days in the Knoxville skate scene that I've been a part of! Really happy that we all came together and built some rad stuff today! Thanks everyone let's keep this energy up!
