Today was full of failures and successes. Throughout my life, I have failed many times, and in many different areas. But failure is a part of the journey, it can either make you or break you; it's your choice.

I work my butt off for everything I get, everything I am and even for things that I don't yet have.

Women's Fitness Specialty Program
The primary goal of this program is to maximize overall muscle development, decrease body fat, and improve body shape in women for a happier, healthier and sexier appearance.

We will focus on glute, shoulder, and arm hypertrophy (muscle size increase), as well as fat reduction in the abdominal, triceps, back and upper legs.
The secondary goal of this program is to increase overall cardiovascular endurance and strength on fundamental compound movements that involve large muscle masses.

I felt like burning my core yesterday. I start out with some type of dynamic core stabilization exercise to warm up.
It's super important to work your muscles in all movement patterns, as well as through a complete range of motion.
Many times, your abs workouts fail because all you do is crunches and planks! Get up and train your entire body with core as the focus, and don't just train core, you won't see the results you want!

Momentum is not your friend, make sure you use muscle!

Working on shaping my quads with a couple front rack box squats. These were pretty tough, but o loved the push. On my last set I did 155lbs. And I then realized that my outfit didnt match! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ My squat goal is 225lbs. A small number for some, but for me, that day will be golden!

Just in case you were wondering, Everything sugar free isn't healthy.
Diet coke and pop in general, are still unhealthy and can lead towards disease.
