I AM BRUTE!

1. Power Cleans 8counts BodyBuilders 5 reps then transition to a bear crawl bar 5 strict Pull-Ups, reverse bear crawl back to starting position. Repeat 5 rounds.

2. Squat thrust shoulder press 30sec transition to 30 sec mountain climbers. Repeat 5 rounds.

3. Standing upright rows 30sec transition to alternate lunges 30sec Repeat 5 rounds

4. Single arm rows 30 sec each side. Transition to seated knee tuck crunches while holding the bag and both arms 30sec Repeat 5 rounds.
