But, the way this Chickpea “Tuna” is set up....😋 Is it just like Tuna? No 🙃. Buuuut it is a great alternative and super easy to make!
1 can of Chickpeas drained
1 small Shallot (diced)
1 stalk of Celery (diced)
1 Tbs Vegan Mayo
1 tsp of nori ( I just crumbled up some sushi nori 🤷🏾♀️)
1 tsp stone ground mustard
Seasonings of your choice ( I used onion powder, parsley, basil, smokehouse Cajun, and salt to taste)!
