After three mind-blowing pitches, we have a winner of the €300.000 of media value to be used for one of the Persgroep’s media channels. The winner is….. MullenLowe Alfred – Beter Horen.

Lauren van der Heijden, Corporate Sales Director, de Persgroep: ‘This year many original and different cases were submitted, most of them with a focus on social impact. We judged the cases on the originality, quality and relevance of the creative idea, the potential of the impact and the media strategy, to the extent that we looked at how the contestants made use of de Persgroep’s media channels. It was a difficult choice, but the winner made most of the media de Persgroep has to offer.

Michel Kriatkow, Marketing manager, Beter Horen: “We are very pleased! With this reward, we can bring the urgency to protect your ears against loud music to the attention of a wide audience. Our concept ‘Enjoy 2039′ does need help from artists, so as of today we’ll start looking for the right ambassadors to make the campaign a success.’ ADCN en de Persgroep congratulates MullenLowe Alfred and thanks all others for their time and enthusiasm.

Tuesday, October 31 ADCN & MassiveMusic invited ADCN members and friends to explore the relationship between music and film in advertising by learning from Mark Bernath & Eric Quennoy (Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam), Matthijs van Heijningen jr (Bonkers United, Emmanuel Adjei (HALAL) and last but not least Francois Rousselet (Division). Each speaker delved into their personal approach. The evening was filled with stories that offered the audience a peek behind the curtain on what goes on during their creative process and approach in relation to music.
Juicy stories from the set, the editing room and secret stockpiles were not left out. An inspiring night, one for the books!
