When treat meals + birthdays mesh 😍 we chose memories over macros {as @iheartmacros would say} today! We ate at The Eagle for dinner in Cincinnati and it sure lived up to all the hype. With it’s a la carte menu, we had to try a little bit of everything. I feel no guilt and for me that is the goal. One meal isn’t going to completely derail me. It’s about choosing the nutrient dense food and healthy portions the majority of the time so that celebrations like these are sweet and memorable.
I do have to say that I am jealous of all your healthy #CSEchallenge food pictures!! I’m a girl that loves her routine, so I’m excited to get back to cooking in a couple of days.

I don’t post a lot of pictures of us on this page, but since it’s JJ’s birthday I wanted to give him shout out! He is my best friend, love of my life, business partner, adventure buddy and the rock that keeps me grounded. People wonder how we spend so much time together πŸ˜‚ There is NO ONE I would rather spend every second with... I feel so lucky, everyday. He has given me the wings and confidence to grow this business and now we get to put our all into it together.
I hope you can feel the passion that we have for helping you find your best self through health + fitness. Thank you for being here and supporting us.

I love a good protein shake! Not only are they quick and an easy way to get my protein in, but they combat my sugar cravings!! I save it for my afternoon or evening snack when those cravings creep in. Makes 1 serving

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 serving vanilla protein powder {plant based powders are not recommended for this recipe}
2 Tbs. plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbs. canned pumpkin
1/2 Tbs. almond butter
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Stevia, for sweetness
Topping:
2 Tbs. Reddi Wip
1 tsp. chopped pecans
