Yes this definitely worths a post! Can’t believe there’s such a good restaurant in Coventry 😍 the decor is so cute too☘️
My fave is their lavender sunflower loaf — simply heaven 🤤 the bread is super fresh, crispy and soft 😍 the bottom of the bread is buttered and served with a special goat’s cheese butter with honey. There can’t be any better combos😂 my bf is not a fan of bread but he was also amazed by the bread 😂
Cocktails were great too and didn’t have those artificial syrup tastes. If anyone visits me in Coventry I’ll bring you there 🤣

Peanut butter cookies!🍪
As you may know I’m a HUGE fan of pb😂 this pb cookie is so simple and tasty that I could hardly stop myself from finishing all in one go🙈 for this recipe the texture of the cookies is dense and crispy on the outside (not the crunchy type)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup natural Pb
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
.
Directions:
-preheat oven to 180c
-combine all ingredients and divide into around 8 dough balls. Press with a fork to shape. -bake for 15-20mins 🍪🍪

花生醬曲奇!🍪
應該大家都知道我有多愛花生醬😂這個花生醬曲奇食譜很簡單也非常好吃,要阻止自己一次吃光是很難的事🙈(這種曲奇的口感是密度很高然後外面是酥鬆的感覺,不是脆的那種)

材料:
1/2杯花生醬
1隻蛋
2湯匙糖
1/2杯麵粉
1茶匙鹽
.
做法:
-預熱烤箱180度
-所有材料拌勻,做成大概8個麵團,用叉子壓扁做型
-烤15-20分鐘🍪🍪

Cooked dinner for my friends a few days ago and have got some messages about how I cooked the salmon fillets🐟
Basically just season with salt and dill weed. Then bake for 13-15 mins at 200c. Served with sweet potato mash, roasted asparagus, samphire (a salty veg that goes well with seafood), pea and spinach sauce🥬

Sorry for my belated carrot cake oats recipe!!😭 I’m still working on my essays ... one more to go 🤧 I’ve gained so much weight because of stress... having this oatmeal as breakfast will be a good way to get back on track 🐣 this recipe is enough for 3 days, feel free to adjust! There’re 3 methods you can choose from: microwave, rice cooker and hob. I personally think rice cooker is the easier and you get good texture coz you can make sure the oats are cooked through.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oats
3 cups milk/ milk alternative
1 1/2 cup water
1 medium carrot shredded
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg, allspice & ginger (optional)
3 scoops protein powder
For topping: Nut butter and nuts

Directions:
-Put everything in the rice cooker except protein powder and water. Mix well and cook.
-when it’s done, mix in the protein powder and water. -add your toppings and save the other 2 servings for the next day 😀

對不起拖了很久才發這個胡蘿蔔蛋糕燕麥粥的食譜!😭我還在寫essay...還有一篇🤧最近幾個月壓力好大胖了超多...吃這個燕麥粥做早餐是回歸的好方法🐣這個食譜份量夠吃3天,可以自由加減!做這個燕麥粥有3種方法,微波爐、電鍋和用鍋子煮。我覺得電鍋是最簡單的也可以做到很好的口感,因為用電鍋麥片一定會熟透。

材料:
1 1/2杯燕麥
3杯奶/植物奶
1 1/2杯水
1條中型胡蘿蔔切絲
2湯匙肉桂粉
各1湯匙豆蔻、allspice 和薑粉(可以不加)
3湯匙蛋白粉(湯匙是用蛋白粉裡的,比普通湯匙大2-3倍)
最後放上的堅果醬和果仁

方法:
-除了蛋白粉和水,所有材料放進電鍋拌勻煮熟。
-煮好了就拌進蛋白粉和水。
-最後放上你喜歡的堅果醬和果仁,剩下放進冰箱做明天的早餐😀

Been working on my essays recently (deadlines are in next week!😖) so I’m just eating something very simple with minimal cooking needed. Overnight oats, salad, wraps and sandwiches are good options 🤓 I’ve found that mixing korean chilli paste with tuna is so good in a wrap! This is how I make it: -mix tuna with korean chilli paste in a bowl -place salad veg on the wrap, add tuna, beans and shredded carrot, add extra korean chilli paste and finish with extra salad veg on top. Then wrap it! The veg works as a barrier to prevent the wrap from getting soggy.😁

I’ve finally found high quality prawns in the UK🦐 Bought these from Iceland! It’s strange that I couldn’t find good ones even in Waitrose but Iceland’s got them 😂

I think bibimbap is one of the healthiest and the most balanced korean food. Just grains, meat, chilli paste, sesame oil, a lot of veg 🥬 of course it’s even better with a fried egg! 🍳yes you can eat good food even if you’re on a diet😆

我覺得拌飯是最健康和營養均衡的韓國食物了,有飯、肉、辣醬、麻油和很多很多菜🥬再加一隻煎蛋就更美味了🍳減脂也是可以吃好東西啦😆

(其實我現在應要寫essay 😭)

I’ve gained so much weight recently. Feel like it’s a bit out of control 😅 I’m going through some health issues but I don’t think that should be an excuse for me to overindulge myself. I know muscles weight more than fat but I’m sure I’ve gained a lot of fat as well😅 After all I’m the only one who can take control of my diet. Hopefully I can stay positive and get back on track ! 🙊 (stop me if you see me eating ice cream or snacks 🙈)

最近默默的胖了好多,好像有點失控了😅 這幾個月有點健康的問題但這不應該是我亂吃東西的藉口,我知道肌肉比脂肪重但我相信我增加的脂肪比較多😅最後也只有我才能控制自己的飲食,希望可以儘量控制自己的情緒回歸飲控🙊 (如果看到我在吃甜食零食請阻止我🙈)

First time trying kipper and this fish made me so angry.. I could hardly eat anything coz there were tiny bones all over 😅 never again (I know some people enjoy eating the bones tho...)

It’s just like cooking oatmeal indeed🤓

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cup milk(use full fat for creamy texture)
1 egg
3 tbsp honey
Pinch salt
Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
Poppy seeds(optional)

Directions:
- Hob: Beat the egg and set aside. Cook everything but the egg til thickened. Switch off the heat and pour the egg in at the last step. Stir well. Refrigerate and enjoy! (Don’t cook for too long coz the pudding will be even thicker after refrigerating.)

1 1/2杯奶(用全脂會更creamy)
1隻蛋
3湯匙蜜糖
一點鹽
肉桂粉、豆蔻粉、allspice
罌粟籽(可以不加)

做法:
把蛋打發備用。除了雞蛋,把所有材料放進在鍋子裡煮至濃稠,最後關火,把蛋倒進去拌勻,再放進冰箱冷藏。(不用煮太久因為冷藏過後布丁會再變硬一點)
