4 syns per portion but just as good a #fakeaway as you’re going to get 🤩 perfect compromise and super quick to throw together! I cook whole grain brown rice so syn free, but I also love the egg fried rice with this too. Happy bank holiday weekend - hope everyone enjoys the fun 💕

S P A G BOL 🍝
Feeling oh so Lady & The Tramp 🤣
Post gym session feed of a beautiful batch of spaghetti bolognese that I made earlier on - herbs and spices marinaded nicely for a few hours 🤩
Always tend to just throw a bit of whatever in to the bolognese, with a few vital ingredients too. It’s definitely one of my favourite on plan meals. Always good to replenish the freezer stock too, for those days when you really can’t be bothered to cook 👩🏼‍🍳

L A T E LUNCH 🥗
Skipped breakfast and went straight in for this refreshing lunch choice just now 🤩 I am obsessing over this little avocado salad just lately. It’s 1/2 an avocado, cucumber, tomato, red onion, coriander, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil, which is two syns but it is so worth it considering the rest of this meal is syn free otherwise (if you don’t syn avocado like me).
I have been using @nudespice ’Spice & All’ to flavour my chicken recently and I can’t recommend it enough - mouth-wateringly good 🤩
Balanced, wholesome and the perfect summer lunch to keep you energised 🙌🏻

L U N C H 💚
After a long sleep to try catch up following my trip to Santiago, what better than your ultimate breakfast/brunch/lunch combo? 🤩 As I’ve skipped breakfast I went all out and had more avocado than usual and bacon 🥓 but I’d normally only have 1/2 an avocado due to the high fat content (and I don’t syn) 🥑

L U N C H IN THE ⛰
When you’ve had the most amazing day exploring the #Andes mountains, from seeing peaks, glaciers, valleys, lakes and enjoying the hot springs, and out of no where you stumble across the most picturesque hotel and restaurant (by this point you’re also absolutely famished and could eat a horse). Days and trips like this make me feel so fortunate for doing the job that I do!
The menu was in Spanish so I can’t tell you exactly what this little treat was, but it consisted of lobster, prawns and calamari in a thousand island dressing and was absolutely divine! Followed by the biggest chicken sandwich known to mankind. Safe to say I couldn’t eat it all! 😋

Oooooooops 🤭 spontaneous Nepalese for dinner. This was amazing!!! 🤩 I would feel guilty, however I have finally managed to see a loss on the scales, so #treatyoself 🤪

B I G BREAKFAST 🍳
A classic syn free #SlimmingWorld fry up - mixing the usual treats on a normal fry up but adapting for healthier alternatives. That is my favourite thing about this plan, you still eat everything you love 🤩
These @lindamccartneyfoods are the red onion and rosemary and they are full of flavour, as well as being completely syn free! Highly recommend to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians 😋

A L F R E S C O LUNCH 🥗
Salmon and vegetable pasta using my healthy extra A choice too. I weighed out 60g of pasta as it was quite a filling dish with the salmon and cheese. Great way of using up vegetables in the fridge - I threw in red, green and yellow peppers, mushrooms, red onion and carrot 🥕 added some chilli flakes and seasoning then stirred through 60g of @lovemyphilly light and grated some Parmesan on top 🧀
