For all my narrow hipped girls out there like me๐Ÿ™ƒ goal is to focus on abduction movements to really target the side booty. Still playing with my ankle weights. I did this at the end of my leg day. Itโ€™s basically a Side Step-up with a side raise. Do 3 sets of 15 on each side.
Remember to 1) keep ur chest up 2) push up with your heels 3) make sure your knees donโ€™t cave in by going slow and controlled. Video is sped up. MUST HAVE SOME TYPE OF COORDINATION AND BALANCE. Lol so try it without weights first.
