Im hitting the back from all different angles (vertical + horizontal motions), going heavy at the start and then finishing off with lighter more isolated unilateral movements.

For the most effective back training you want to train using different angles and exercises to target all areas. This will lead to a more well rounded physique with less imbalances!

Just tryna be me and do my thing and so should you guys. The best thing you can do in life is be yourself, thereโ€™s no time to waste pretending to be someone else!

Hitting a little leg workout with minimal equipment. No matter how poorly equipped your gym is or youโ€™re just training at home, you can always get in a solid workout.
Here are some simple exercises with just a kettle bell!
1) lunges
2) goblet squats
So whenever youโ€™re lacking time and equipment remember these!!

Finally hitting those deadlifts again after so long! My back is feeling better and my hips arenโ€™t as messed up๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

Doing a 6x3 deficits with 170kg.
I do a slightly wider stance so that my hips donโ€™t jam up as much. Really focusing on keeping a neutral spine and neck, staying tight all the way through the movement and keeping control with each rep!

Lil explosive leg workout if youโ€™re trying to improve speed, balance or jumping capabilities! Give it a shot!
You can also hold weights in your hands to make the exercises more difficult!
