Well, here’s your chance! Try out this Badass Body Routine:
1. DB Snatch (6 reps each side)
2. Scissor Lunges (12 reps)
3. Pike Push-ups (8 reps)
4. Russian Twists (20 reps)

Repeat the whole set 5 times (30 sec rest between sets) and time how long it takes you to complete it all. Comment your time achieved below!
