It’s been a while since I posted a video, and I’ve missed it🙈🏋🏻♀️❤️ This is after all my «diary» that I’ve had for 5 years now☺️Last night I did legs at 9:15 after two rest days bc of FIBO, and the session was really good!! A mix between heavy lifts (100kg hip thrust machine), lots of pumping and many of my favorite glute exercises🏋🏻♀️🔥😃A lot of you ask me what my absolute favorite is, and I really can’t say just one, but hip thrusts, reverse hypers and back extensions are def up there in the top!! It’s been a long time since I did normal glute ham raises, and when I did them yesterday as a drop set after tons of reps of back extensions, I still could do more reps than I was able to do in a normal set s few years ago. And +10kg GHR wasn’t a problem either, did quite a few reps. It always amazes me a bit when I improve a lot in an exercise without training it 🙈🤣💪🏼💪🏼 Hope you guys have started the week right too! ❤️ .

3) Reverse hypers 3x 10-12
4) Banded back extensions 3x10-12
5) GHR 2x 8-12
