You may fix a “flaw,” as soon as you do, you will find another one…and another…Instead, focus on your performance. What can you do today to perform better than yesterday? How can you get to the point that you work out and eat well because you love your body, make is less about getting rid of things you don’t like and more about improving your body’s physical abilities and doing your best on any given day.
