This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout I did the other day and believe me it had me out of breath and sweating more than the treadmill or stairmaster ever do (no shade 😂). Go ahead and try this out, I HIGHLY recommend it. It is amazing! Lol.
1️⃣ Alternating lunges into a squat - 10 reps

2️⃣ Side to side box steps (going from right to left = 1 rep) - 15 reps

3️⃣ Mountain climbers - 25 reps

4️⃣ Rotating squat jumps - 10 reps
Do these back to back without stopping in between workouts for 3 sets(or at least try to lol) with a 30 sec rest after each set. Enjoy and tfw!

Today has definitely been an “off” day for me. One of those days where it just feels difficult to find motivation for no specific reason. But it’s on those days where you really show not only others, but yourself what you’re really made of. It is so easy to be positive and motivated when you’re feeling good and everything is going right, but your true character shows during difficult/downtimes.
