A few weeks ago @parisbutter & @restaurantlepetitleon had the honour of showcasing some of the best of New Zealand produce at the Nz Ambassadors house to a group of the top chefs and industry people of Paris. Despite such and intimidating guest list and having to stumble my way through a speech in French we had and absolute blast and were so proud to showcase the incredible produce we have. @allpressespresso@zesprikiwifruit@orakingsalmon@ovationnz@qwehli ( paua ) @villamariawines & @antipodes_water were just a few of what were were able to show and there was a genuine look of surprise at the quality from the locals.
