This time of year is always exciting for chefs and farmers. When temperatures begin to cool at the end of the summer, farmers are planting their seeds and new crops. Can’t wait to start experimenting for new menus this season. 🌱

Crispy sea bass, buttery cauliflower and potato mash with white chocolate, seafood and saffron consommé, pickled mustard seeds.

There’s food under the truffles. Rib eye, truffle & herb mash potatoes, honey glazed carrots, hoisin glazed portobellos and moroccan mint.

Fresh pappardelle with fragrant mushrooms, roasted garlic butter, local farm pesto and summer truffles from Italy. You sleep happy after this dish 🛌
