Spend time at the @iccedu lab today, working on OJ 🍊🍊clarification. 1. Add pectinex ULtra SPL to your OJ for several hours. SPL is an enzyme that break down pectin structure, need it to be able to clarified OJ. 2. Run the OJ to a centrifuge 3500 Rpm for 15 mn. 3. Strains to a coffee filter. Done you have clarified Oj. Great for cocktail or made a clear OJ gelé.
