When the weather dips down into attic temperatures, there’s nothing like a pot of simmering stew to make us warm and fuzzy.

I love my friends, I am truly blessed with some of the best. Birthday celebration continues @jamiesitalianca
#food was #mediocre (little disappointing). The #pasta was bland and lacked flavour, #vibe was cool, good music and ambiance #drinks was the best part.
I only recommend this place if you want to take a break and have a glass of wine while shopping. But there are so many other places in that mall you can choose from to do that too! I was a bit disappointed with the food... I love @jamieoliver but this place was just OK. I guess the chefs is not living up to @jamieoliver standards.

Don't let the shadows of yesterday spoil the sunshine of tomorrow. Live for today ~ Nandina Morris
Always,
@chefAash

When it’s -20 and sunshine is nowhere to be found, I created my own sunshine. Tonight we have this succulent recipe is based on #bulgogi, a classic Korean dish of sliced beef that's marinated for about 3-4hrs, for best result leave it over night #summerfood #castirongrilling. This is best served with steamed #rice & grill veggies, but tonight I am having it with leftover #potatogratin & #summer #salad

#recipe:#Bulgogi #Korean #Sizzling #Beef
Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar OR honey (of course I used honey)
2 tablespoons dry white wine
3 large garlic cloves, very finely chopped
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
3 teaspoons crushed red pepper (you can eliminate this all together if you are not a fan of “heat”
One 2 1/2-pound beef flank steak, (or if you have different cut of meat you can use that) cut across the grain 1/4-inch-thick slices
Direction:
-In a large, shallow dish, combine the soy sauce with the sugar )I used honey), white wine, chopped garlic, toasted sesame oil and crushed red pepper, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add the sliced flank steak and coat thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate the steak for at least 4 hours or overnight.
-Grill the steak over high heat until the slices are richly browned and medium-rare, about 30 seconds per side
-(NOTE: if the beef slices are thick grill 1 min on each side... or to your liking)
