I felt like I had to make the trip out to grand central market just for Eggslut because I saw @chefaz ‘s must eat list in LA.

The sandwich was good but I don’t think it was worth $7. The sandwich includes cage-free soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun. The texture was good, they definitely got the quality control down pack but I still don’t think it’s worth the price.

It was worth a try so go try it but I wouldn’t eat it again.


Chorizo pupusas

YUM! If you like corn meal, chorizo, and cheese, this is the most delicious Salvadorian dish that comes packed with all of that. I loveeeee all food in a form of a pancake shape so I love this just for the shape lol 😂

This was freshly made in front of me and it took a little bit of time but it was totally worth it. The gooey cheese, crispy outside and the savory chorizo is the perfect combination. I tried a few things in the grand central market and this was my favorite !

This is a must try ! You must go try it!


Milk tea/green tea swirl with churro

The milk tea flavor was really sweet but tasted like bubble tea. Green tea was mediocre. The churro tho! I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t had a churro in a long time but it was pretty good. Everything came out to be 6 dollars which I thought it was slightly expensive for soft serve ice cream so I won’t be coming back again.

This is my go to place for Korean bbq when I come to Cali. The meat quality is better than other places I have been to and they have a huge selection of meat you can choose from. The only thing I don’t like is that you can only order three things at once, which I guess it’s good cause our eyes are always bigger than our stomach. But because of that we didn’t get to try a lot of the other meats. That won’t stop me from coming here over and over again tho. But I do think #nykoreanbbq is better, #LA don’t hate me 😬

This beautiful plate is garlic butter mushrooms. So simple and delicious. Sauté garlic in butter and then add the mushrooms. Salt and pepper and poof you got a delicious plate of mushrooms. Mushrooms are low in carbs and the butter is good for fat macros , it’s a win win !

Made keto burger today with a bacon hamburger patty. With a fried egg, bacon and avocado.It was so delicious with a side of salad with goat cheese.


#omad meal

Ran out of leafy greens tonight so I cooked up some broccoli and some asparagus. These two veggies have more carb content so this plate was 15 grams of carbs which fits into my macros. Then I had some more protein and fat with some smoked salmon and cream cheese. Yummm cream cheese 😋

All of this and two Babybel snack cheese and a oz of pecans. I am extremely full and I am so satisfied with my dinner tonight.

Robiola Piacere pizza

Went to Piacere for my best friends birthday. It’s a small, intimate atmosphere with a cool pizza oven in the back. While I’m on keto it wasn’t hard to resist the regular pizza but I couldn’t resist the Robiola Piacere pizza. The top and bottom was extremely thin and inside was stuffed with robiola cheese, arugula, prosciutto, and white truffle oil. I just had to try it after smelling the truffle oil and it did kick me out of ketosis but it was soooo worth it.

On my entree I made a better choice by getting the ribeye steak. It was Deeeeeelicious guys! It was cooked to perfection and I don’t know if it was because it was grass fed but it was so good!

Guys this is the spot ! Very good service and amazing food. You guys gotta try 👍🏼

Superrrr filing salad for my #onemealadaydiet
Here are the ingredients:
Leafy greens•sous vide chicken thigh•feta cheese•mozzarella cheese•red onion•MCT oil•ranch dressing•silvered almonds•half an avocado

It doesn’t look like a lot but I almost couldn’t finish it and it was super delicious.



I am not a huge fan of chicken but in efforts to eat less red meat I goto try.

The reason why I don’t like chicken is because its always dry. I knew if I made it in my sous vide then it would come out perfectly.

And it did ! It was delicious 🤤 swipe left for the recipe.

I can’t imagine cooking any other way. If you have a better way to marinade I would love to try it. Thank you ❤️
