Kobe. Mamba. Vino. Kob. Frobe. Kobe Bean. GOAT. Whatever you wanna call him.
December 2, 2015. The first and only game I ever got to see the legend and my idol play in. This wasn't the worn out Kobe that I saw either, I got to see vintage Kobe 'Bean' Bryant. He went off for 31 points and had two clutch shots in the last minute to seal the win. Fans were even chanting MVP when he went to the line to shoot free throws. One of the greatest experiences and days of my life, as I checked "Seeing Kobe play in person" off my bucket list. Couldn't be thankful enough for my bestfriend @gogoogo for buying me tickets and sharing the experience with me.
I just want to say that this man is a legend, a top 5 player, and is and will be my favorite basketball player ever. I looked up to him throughout my childhood and saw him as a hero. Kobe is the reason why I love basketball as much as I do and why I started to play basketball. He also taught me work ethic and that if you want something, you have to work your ass off and give it your all. Thank you for everything GOAT. #ThankYouKobe #MambaDay @kobebryant

Every year, someone always asks me, "Hey is your grandpa still gonna coach this year?". And the answer is always yes. However, this year the answer will be different. After 51 years, 3 State Championships, 11 District Titles, 23 League Titles, and 833 wins later, Coach Thomas/Bags/Pap-Pap will be retiring from the game he loves. Congrats Pap-Pap on being a baseball legend and one of the greatest High School Baseball Coaches in history. Enjoy your retirement, I love you. #GOAT
