"Mistakes are proof that you're trying". Just sitting here thinking about people on their weight loss journeys and how I find it sad when people beat themselves up so much over an off-plan meal or weight gain. (I've been there too so I know it's hard! β™₯️)

SW chips (free) with cayenne pepper for seasoning, @oldelpaso chunky salsa (1.5) & guacamole (3). With 40g of light cheddar cheese on top (HExA) and a weight watchers wrap as the base (HExB). Bloody delicious 😌

Haven't got much in so fish fingers and chips for tea it is 😍Had fish fingers and oven chips or those microwave ones ALL the time as a kid, now having a healthier alternative and generally prefer them more! The unhealthy ones were always too soggy πŸ˜†
