It is best to train your tricep 2-3 times a week, incorporating high volume training for optimal tricep growth.

1. Dip machine 4 sets of 8-10
2. Close grip bench press 3 sets of 10
3. Overhead Tricep Extension with Cables 3 sets of 10
4. Cable Rope Push Down 4 sets of 12-15
